Memorial Day Hours: Closed Sat May 27th - Mon May 29th. Reopening Tuesday May 30th

As of April 1, 2022 we will no longer be seeing patients on Saturdays. The office will be open 9-12 Noon for pickup ups, questions etc

Please Note: Mondays and Saturdays the office is open to make appointments, and pick up supplies. Dr Upholt is not in the office.
