To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we require that cats be placed in pet carriers before entering the waiting room and ask that they remain there until their exam. During the exam our trained staff will restrain your cat for your (and our staff's) safety.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit, cash and personal checks.
Missed/ No Show Appointments Please be advised that will be a $75.00 cancellation/no show fee imposed on all cancellations made less than 24 hrs of a scheduled appointment/ $150 fee for surgeries (depending on circumstances). We know that this may seem like a very expensive penalty; however, please understand that-by not showing up and leaving an empty spot on the schedule- you are taking up an appointment time that another patient could have benefitted from. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
